The hotel is conveniently located very close to the center and is right next to the train station. It is just a short walk to all the major attractions, ensuring easy access to explore the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are spacious. The hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

The noise from nearby construction work may disrupt your sleep, as it starts early in the morning.

The rooms at Florence Luxury Guest House were simply amazing! They were bright, well-soundproofed, and had all the conveniences needed for a perfect stay. The separate bedroom areas were so relaxing and inviting. I loved the flat-screen TV with satellite channels, the minibar, and the coffee machine. The rooms were finely designed to meet every need. As an adult guest, I felt completely at ease and enjoyed every minute of my stay.

I personally found one feature at Florence Luxury Guest House that I liked less. However, it's important to note that this is my subjective opinion and others might still find enjoyment in it.

my room included coffee/tea making facilities, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. all the staff were patient, welcoming.

My recent stay at the Florence Luxury Guest House was absolutely perfect! I stayed for a few nights and was greeted warmly by Alex upon arrival. The room was beautifully designed and immaculate, with all the necessary amenities such as a mini fridge, espresso machine, hair dryer, and ironing machine. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great restaurants. The cleaning staff were helpful, and I felt right at home with the flexibility to come and go as I pleased. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

This guest house is conveniently located very close to the train station and quite close to the city center, with many main sites within a 20-30 minute walk. The rooms are nicely decorated and some are spacious with comfortable beds.

Guests could find that the advertised luxurious facilities and suites are not accurate, and that the hotel is a rent-a-room self-service place.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and was pleased with two key aspects: very clean and well-maintained rooms and close proximity to the city center. there was a gym that was a nice plus during my stay.

There were several downsides of this hotel. the curtains were very light and didn't block out the bright sunlight in the early morning.

We even received a complimentary bottle of local wine in our room for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. The facilities in this hotel were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised to find a spa on-site, which was a luxurious bonus after long days of exploring Florence. It provided the perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation.
